Friendly, knowledgeable staff/reception. No turnover that I have noticed; all employed seem happy and genuinely invested in the practice and therefore in the health of the patients. And I am greeted by a familiar friendly face each time, which is lovely. Dr. Jentzsch is both personable and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the head/neck cancer screening at each check-up; thorough and implementing the most up to date medical recommendations. I have full confidence that I am getting the best dental care. Additionally, next day spots are reserved for emergencies. I have both referred a patient for emergency dental care, with him being seen the very next day, and have come in myself with 12-hours notice for dental trauma. Really exceptional! I have not used the on-call service, but this is also available. I am reassured knowing that if a serious dental issue occurred after hours, I would be taken care of. Truly love this practice, and recommend to both my friends, co-workers, and my own patients.

The parking lot is a little small but that’s what she said, anyway moving on. Wonderful location opposite a florist and a Doctors office.
As you enter you are immediately welcomed by a gigantic room with well fashioned furniture and to the right are the amazing staff. The blue chairs creak which is a tad funny if you can keep the creak going and annoy the patient next to you but then pretend to be asleep. The COUCH however. Amazing napping location and I highly recommend just dropping by and giving it a bash.
The rides were fantastic, my favorite was the one where you lay down and they spray water in your mouth. Wait time was slightly long and I was getting long in the tooth. Dr Jeff is just a stud and in at least the top ten most handsome dentists in town. I was lucky enough to listen to Full Metal Jacket during the rides. I felt so bad for Corporate Pyle. Poor guy just could not cut a break. I really wanted him to have his donut
Once your experience is over, you will get a fist bump or handshake. You exit past a wonderful Mexican Blanket on the wall and will pay for your new teeth bits. Great experience! Thanks guys.

Great team and the doctor is very approachable and easy to discuss dental concerns with. I’m always pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient they all are while still making every patient feel like they are their top priority.
Some reviews on here as well as on Yelp mentioned a receptionist who used to work here that didn’t provide quality patient care. I had some negative experiences with her as well, however I’m happy to report that their new receptionist has much better interpersonal skills and made a wonderful impression so far.
10/10 would highly recommend Dr. Jentzsch and his team.

I am 70 plus and have been very very afraid of visits to the dentist. I most likely could count on my fingers the number of times I have been to a dentist. As you may well guess my dental health is in the tank. Dr. Jeff Jentzsch by far the gentlest, caring humorous dentist I have experienced. The staff in the front back room are all a professional team.

I don’t have any issues with going to the dentist, but there are definitely dental offices that are better than others and this office is certainly one of the best. Tony, the hygienist is probably the best experience with a cleaning I’ve ever had. I have always had sensitive teeth and he not only was able to do a cleaning that didn’t hurt at all (yay!), but he actually asked me before the cleaning about any pain/sensitivity – which I have never been asked before. The entire office was friendly, polite, and extremely non-judgmental (super important for a dental office!).

Very caring and attentive staff. They all make sure you feel comfortable and they go above and beyond to take care of my teeth and the teeth of my children. It is so nice to have a dentist that my kids ask for me to take them to!
